Classes

CFL SYSTEMA SCHEDULE, Winter Garden

• Mondays, 7 – 8:30pm

Regular Systema classes are held every Monday night starting at 7pm. We also have special classes or seminars on selected Saturdays.

NOTE: If you have a group of at least 4 people and are interested in having David do a seminar OR teach on a regular basis, please contact me at CFLSystema@gmail.com.

Dress is casual – t-shirt and sweat pants or fatigues are the most common.

Restrooms are available as are drinking fountains. Bringing a towel and fluids are highly recommended.

Each class is unique. No prior experience is needed. Everyone is welcome and can jump in at any time at all.

We also incorporate Health related topics, Harimau Silat groundwork, some Qi Gong, and other arts into the mix to a small degree. David calls it “Systema-izing” these into the mix.

Cost

The cost per month is $55 for non-residents of Winter Garden and $45 for City of Winter Garden residents. You can also choose to pay per class which is $15 for a single class. Payments are taken at the front desk of the Jessie Brock Center of Winter Garden.
