QUICK REMINDER
As CFL Systema members, you are (literally) free to attend:
- Krabi Krabong (the art of swordfighting from Thailand. We are online 2 Thursdays a month and in-person, 2 Saturdays a month.
- Twice a year, we do a full-day training, complete with all the weapons… and pizza!!
- Qi Gong (including Bagua, Xing Yi and breathing exercises that you will not find anywhere else). Class is 6:30pm on Sundays online (FB).
Note: You are welcome to come for 10 minutes or the full 2-3 hours.
