Krabi Krabong
History of Krabi Krabong:
Krabi Krabong is a traditional Thai martial art that dates back centuries, originating as a weapon-based combat system used by Thai warriors. The name “Krabi Krabong” translates to “sword and staff,” referring to the two primary weapons taught in the art: the krabi (sword) and the krabong (staff). Initially developed for battlefield tactics, it evolved into a discipline focusing on precision, control, and effective use of various weapons. Over time, it became an integral part of Thailand’s cultural heritage, preserving the techniques and philosophies of ancient Thai martial arts.
