You have probably heard of Muay Thai. It is a popular sport in Thailand and thanks to the UFC, it is popular worldwide. It is derived from the art of Muay Boran, an ancient and deadly art used by Thai warriors.

The weapons portion of Muay Thai/Muay Boran is called Krabi Krabong and it features, swords, sticks, Mai Sok, spear and a host of over 15 weapons. It is an extremely challenging, powerful art. And, until now, difficult to find outside of Thailand.

We are thrilled to announce that David Orman has started the Central Florida Krabi Krabong school. He has completed certification directly under the tutelage of of Master Thoseteph Sitawajana (better known as “Master O”) and Kru Ohm. David takes weekly lessons directly from Bangkok and as a member of Central Florida Systema, these classes are included in your membership FREE!

Krabi Krabong is a fast moving stick fighting art that uses 36″ sticks which are some 7-9 inches longer than those used in such Filipino arts as Arnis or Kali.

Come join us on Monday nights at 6:15pm at the Jessie Brock Center in Winter Garden for a session. Also once a month a Saturday “Full Review” Seminar is provided.
